16 July 2025 — The Centre for IMT-GT Subregional Cooperation (CIMT) received a courtesy visit from YB Tuan Abu Bakar bin Hamzah, EXCO for Tourism, Arts & Culture, and Rural Development of the Perlis State Government.
The visit explored collaborative opportunities between IMT-GT and the State of Perlis to boost tourism visibility and promote cross-border destination development in the northern growth area of the subregion.
