The 16th IMT-GT Working Group on Tourism met in the beautiful city of Hat Yai, Thailand, on 21-22 August 2023. The working group discussed the progress of IMT-GT tourism projects and programs. Delegates also deliberated on potential collaborations among Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, and other stakeholders to invigorate subregional tourism under the Visit IMT-GT Year Campaign 2023-2025. This dynamic gathering set the stage for cooperative efforts to foster sustainable growth and cultural exchange within the region’s tourism industry
